Our return policy lasts 30 days. We do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’
To complete your return, we require you to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds will NOT be granted:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- The item is damaged due to misuse.
- The item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Poolequip does not offer exchanges on purchases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even is the item stated Free Shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance without, cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders are sent using Australia Post, the delivery times to your postcode can be found on each product page
Regional and country areas are classed Non-Metro Deliveries.
Regional deliveries may incur different charges and delivery times.
Exact shipping costs of Non-Metro Delivery are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders are dispatched same business day when in stock.
Same day dispatch cut off is 2.00pm AWST (GMT +8.00).
Authority to Leave
All orders are sent with signature required, if no one is home to receive the order a card will be left and the package will have to be collected from your local post office.
